• Milestone Goal:
  To progress to the next stage, traders must reach a 10% profit target on their account. This achievement unlocks exciting opportunities and benefits.

• Salary for Funded Account Retention:

  • Once you maintain your account for a continuous 12-week period without breaching, you will become eligible to earn a monthly salary of 1% of your account size as a reward for consistency and reliability.

• Share of Returns Through Assets Under Management (AUM):

  • When managed assets (via simulated funds) generate profits, you will qualify for an 80/20 split of the net fee.
  • Example: $500,000 in simulated profits would result in a $20,000 payout when trades are leveraged into live liquidity at our discretion.
  • Geographical Eligibility: Participation in this journey is subject to your geographical location being within a region covered by our regulatory framework.

• Traditional Profit Split:

  • Achieve your profit targets to qualify for keeping 80 to 90 % of the profits you generate.

• Additional Benefits:

  • Office Visits: Once eligible, you may be invited to meet the team and gain insights directly.
  • Priority Support: Receive specialised guidance and direct communication with senior-level staff as part of your journey.

• Simulated Fund Trading:

  • All trading will be conducted on simulated funds to evaluate your ability to handle real market conditions, manage risks effectively, and demonstrate sound strategies.

• Live Liquidity:

  • At our sole discretion, your trades may be copied onto live liquidity for real-market execution upon meeting performance expectations.

• Interview Process:

  • Once the targets are met, an interview may be arranged at our discretion to discuss your trading background, experience, and a structured roadmap to success.
