These rules apply to Legacy Funded Accounts.

Maximum Exposure and Gambling Rule:

  • Maximum Exposure:

    • Your exposure should not exceed 3% of the balance and/or equity of the account at any time.
  • All-or-Nothing Approach:

    • The "all or nothing" approach is strictly banned
  • Consequences:

    • Any breach of these rules will result in a hard breach of your account and forfeiture of any profits.

Examples for 2-step evaluations:

Example B:if your balance is $103,000 on a $100,000 evaluation account, the maximum allowable exposure would be $100,000 x 0.03, which equals $3,000.

Example C: if your balance is $92,000 on a $100,000 evaluation account, the maximum allowable exposure would be $1999.99("all or nothing" approach is strictly banned).
